Processing time

Orders take 1-3 business days to process. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping time

After processing, shipping takes 3-6 business days.

Priority Shipping

If you add Priority Shipping at checkout, your order goes to the front of the line once it's ready to ship.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after you get it.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delays

Weather, carrier issues and busy holiday seasons can sometimes cause delays. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us and we'll help.

Wrong address

Please check your address before you place your order. We're not responsible for orders sent to a wrong address that was entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Then email us at outloudglowofficial@outlook.com and we'll help you sort it out.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged customs fees, duties or taxes by your country. These fees are paid by the customer.
