90-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to love your OutLoud Glow panel. If you don't, you have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a refund.
How to start a return
- Email us at outloudglowofficial@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply with return steps and the return address. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us. Items sent without return steps can't be refunded.
- Pack the item with all its parts (panel, cable and remote) and send it back.
Refunds
Once we get your return and check it, we'll email you. If it's approved, we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs, including Priority Shipping, are not refunded. You pay for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to pay for anything.
Wrong size
Ordered the wrong size? Email us. You can return it under this policy and order the right one.
Cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it with a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled, but you can still return it under this policy.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't gotten your refund yet, check your bank account again, then call your card company. Processing can take some time. If you've done all that and still don't have it, email us at outloudglowofficial@outlook.com.
